Don’t forget to register for your CPAIPW online portal and gain access to information about your group benefits plan all in one place! Use the information in your Welcome Email to register today.

Can’t find that email? Email us directly at firms@cpaipw.ca, and one of our advisors will be happy to assist you.

Every year on January 1, we encourage you to review your information to ensure everything is up to date. You can review your information by logging into the CPAIPW online portal.

Things you can update on the online portal include:

• Name change (government-issued ID may be required for verification)

• Contact information (address, phone number, email)

• Addition of dependents (spouse, children)

• Change of beneficiary

The following changes must be submitted through your employer:

• Employment status (Partner, CPA, Non-CPA)

• Changing family status (Single or Family)

• Deleting dependents

• Salary changes

• Smoker status

Your plan has been designed by your employer and includes many different benefits. Please login to the CPAIPW Online Portal and download a copy of your Certificate of Insurance to review your coverage levels.
