New Employee (Enrollment)


Eligibility Full-time or part-time employees/contractors working at least 20 hours per week, or 1,040 hours per year.

Enrolment eligibility period

  • CPAs/Partners: eligible for benefits on the first day of employment

  • Non-CPA Employees/Contractors: eligible after 3 months of employment

The eligibility period may be waived or extended upon the employer's request. Please indicate this request on the top of the completed enrolment form.

Late Applicant Status We will accept enrolment forms within 60 days of the employee's eligibility date. After this, employees will be considered late applicants and will have to formally apply for coverage by providing Evidence of Insurability to our insurance carrier. This could limit or even exclude them from your group benefits plan, including Extended Health & Dental.

Submitting the enrolment form Employers must complete a Staff Enrolment form for each employee being added to the Group Benefits Plan. Once completed, a copy of the application form will be returned to us for verification and processing.
