As of August 1, 2021, CPA Insurance Plans West started to take the steps to eliminate paper communication. We encourage all of our customers to enroll in our secure Customer Portal as this will be the primary way in which you will receive information regarding your policy. Whenever there is any requirement regarding your in-force coverage, you will receive an email notification letting you know action is required.
We can assure you that the Customer Portal is confidential and secure and your information is not being shared with any third party.
