• representative prices in the area where the treatment was provided

• maximum prices established by law

• prices as shown in any applicable fee guide

Prescription drug coverage includes enhanced generic substitution, which means the amount you can be reimbursed for your prescriptions is limited to the cost of the lowest-priced generic alternative.
