Create Your Portal Account - Employee


1. Click this link to go to the Customer portal

2. Click the “Create an account” link (located under the “Sign In” button)

3. Check your inbox to Verify Email Address

4. Enter your information as prompted

  • Enroll as an Employee

  • ID Number: 100xxxxx

  • Name on file: First Name/Last Name

  • Date of birth: dd-mmm-yy

5. Select whether you want to receive notifications

...and you’re done!
